Disway80 was born in Guatemala City. He came to the United States when he was 3 years ago. His father’s dream after he got married to Disway wonderful mother was to give his family the American Dream. At age 18, his father moved to Florida to find a better life. His first job was at a McDonald’s cleaning restrooms. His hard work paid off 2 years later when he was able to bring his wife, daughter, and his son to California. Diego’s father is a great example that when you set your mind to a goal, and you remain focused, you can achieve it however you want!

BeyondDisway is an extension of Diego’s platform Disway80. Disway80 began as a hobby. Disway wanted to create something different and unique. His mission was to inform and create content that others could connect with. Diego has always loved the connection with people. As technology developed, Diego knew that the best method would be making Disway80 a digital platform where he would be able to connect with people around the world who liked similar interests as him.

“When I decided to create Disway, I knew that Disney would be the main content. I wanted to show my adventures and also create my own pixie dust and perhaps put a smile on someone’s face. After a while, I knew I wanted to take my platform to be a more informative place. A place where people could find tips for theme parks, or a place where news was shared. I believe that Disney is a place that creates happiness for people. It helps people forget their worries. It helps create memories. It helps you relive your chidhood. After all, we all a kid in all of us”
