We didn’t ask for another killer doll movie, but here comes M3GAN, your new best friend! M3GAN has been making waves since her trailer dropped last year with TikTok content creators recreating her wild dance and even dressing up as her for Halloween. What else? M3GAN took over an NFL Game and left Football fans wishing for more! M3GAN is about to take over the world as her movie approaches theaters this Friday.

M3GAN tells the story of Gemma, a brilliant genius who creates high-tech toys at Funki. Gemma’s life changes when her sister and brother-in-law pass away and she becomes the guardian of her niece Cady. Gemma lost and confused and desiring to meet her boss’s expectations, creates a robot doll who is designed to be someone’s best friend. Gemma decides to use her niece Cady to explore the bonding between a child and the robot doll, but the bond becomes what no one expects.

M3GAN pushes all limits with a bonzer campy horror plot. Director Gerard Johnstone draws you into a story that is easily comparable to other horror doll movies, but what stands out here, are the pop culture references, the humor, and a doll that is wickedly good. M3GAN stretches all boundaries, making herself quite special and an icon nobody should mess around with. (Chucky and Annabelle, I am talking about you!) M3GAN gives drama, laughs, and memorable satisfying gore kills even at a PG-13 rating. Also, Johnstone balances character development, humor, and horror just right, making the movie worth the wait and just fun! Some moments are ridiculous, but that’s what makes M3GAN fun. Humor breaks all tension. It gets better and better as the story unfolds. M3GAN is a masterpiece and we can’t wait to see more!
