Sony Pictures releases a new trailer for their upcoming film Morbius.

Morbius is directed by Daniel Espinosa and has a script by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless. Jared Leto is playing the title role. The new trailer possibly hints that Morbius is not the Villain we thought, but possibly a hero.

Morbius follows the story of Dr. Micheal Morbius, a scientist who develops a rare blood disorder that results in power and a dark side he never knew about or expected.

The First Trailer of Morbius was released almost a year ago. Due to the Pandemic, the film had an initial theatrical release for July 2020. The project was placed on pause , but later given a theatrical release for Jan. 28, 2022.

The big question asked after the second trailer release is if Spider-Man will make an appearance in Morbius. In the new trailer, Micahel Keaton who played Vulture in Spider-Man: Homecoming is featured making us question if Spider man will come save the day. Later in the trailer, we see Morbius and Vulture sharing jokes about Venom which leads to the question what the connection of them within the universe of MCU Sony Pictures has created for their MCU films. Can this lead to a Spider-Man cameo? The MCU is full of surprises, so anything is possible!
